Messed up my 20k oil change Unclear as to what exactly went wrong, maybe they left something off, forget to tighten something. Regardless after being in for the final Toyotacare Unclear as to what exactly went wrong, maybe they left something off, forget to tighten something. Regardless after being in for the final Toyotacare service and oil change, 6 days later my engine is knocking, there is no oil on the dip stick, and a puddle left where my car was parked. Let's see what they do to rectify the issue, considering now I need to be concerned with engine damage, and/or progressive engine damage on a car I bought brand new and is only a year old. What an unfortunate experience. More

What I will say is I don't feel the level of caring, service and price are at the same level it has been in the past and it breaks my heart that I have to look elsewhere sometimes to find what I need.
