Got me in when I needed it! We had a out of state trip in two days. I ran over a curb, ripped my tire and now the car is making a funny nice when driving. Not good. I left message online with CHAT representative to have service call me the next day. They did. I got an appointment that day. While I had the tire replaced where I bought it they checked the car out. Turned well. The electronics in the Prus didn't like the "donut" on the front and were complaining about it. When they got a regular tire on there all was well. We took the car on the trip the next day and all was good! Thanks! More

The tech went over what work was done, had my vehicle pulled around. The dealership usually washes the vehicles as a perc but the machine was down again. Would have given 5 stars for that.
