Looking to lease one, drive away with two. Dan Passante is a fantastic salesman. While my wife and I were waiting for the paperwork on our Rav4 lease he asked my what type of car I might want. Dan Passante is a fantastic salesman. While my wife and I were waiting for the paperwork on our Rav4 lease he asked my what type of car I might want. Within the hour a 2012 Tacoma came into the lot. His friendly no pressure attitude made it easy for me to consider buying a second vehicle that weekend. My wife is happy with her Rav4 and I'm loving my truck. The whole experience was great. This was the first time buying a new car in 30 years. I drove away feeling like I was listened to and not pressured. Anyone shopping for a car should at least take a look here before making a final decision. More

Asked about a new car and drove it home same day! I have been a loyal Toyota fan for years. I started because of reliability and I only used to buy used cars. I'm afraid to buy anything else because t I have been a loyal Toyota fan for years. I started because of reliability and I only used to buy used cars. I'm afraid to buy anything else because they have been so good to me! It started with an ad on the Scranton Times website. I stopped in & met Sean Fischer, who wound up selling me a lease on a Camry, my first new car! I loved the Toyota Care and that service isn't every 3,000 miles anymore. Last month, right before my lease was going to be up, I decided I wanted a car with Bluetooth for safety reasons. An acquaintance died in a wreck while texting several years ago and I just got my first cell phone this year. I emailed Sean asking him what was around, traded a few more emails and calls, and wound up driving home my new Camry that day! I love the new design and the Bluetooth technology. My only complaint is that the voice recognition of the Toyota system is awful. I mean, embarrassingly bad. I am an avid iphone user and if there was a way to talk to Siri, all would be fine! But all I need to do is touch the button on my phone so it's not so bad. I wish Toyota would embrace Siri and Google Now and integrate. That was very disappointing. I boiught the car anyway b/c I love it though. A friend was shocked when I told him I didn't even test drive it! Sean told me he had the same model and that was good enough for me. I'm happy to say he's become a close personal friend of mine since, and I just saw him the day before yesterday. Also, thanks to Omar in finance and assistant sales manager Kevin Brzegowski who always takes great care of me!! More

The salesman held the car for me all day without any asking for any commitment - stayed several hours late for me and did not leave until the transaction was complete. Everyone was very respectful and made every reasonable effort to get my business. There were no hidden charges at all - I was made aware of all fees before being asked to agree. Every effort was made to address any issues with the car I purchased before I even looked at it. Experience with the finance department was also painless and very detailed. Everything was clearly explained, no one was rushing even though the dealership had closed for the day. Will defiantly look at their inventory when I need another vehicle. There is nothing I can complain about this dealership even if I try :) More
Best dealership I have ever been to! Brenda always takes care of me when I come in. They're quick and they make sure every need and expectation is met. I have never had such great customer service with such polite and professional people. I always tell everyone I know to go to Toyota in Scranton because I know they will be just as happy as I was with my service. I will not trust another soul with my car other than Toyota Scranton. I wish I could give credit to the man who drove the shuttle car too. I know he was from New Jersey and he was young. You guys are awesome! More
