Toyota of Scranton FALLS Short I must say that we had an excellent experience when we bought our used car from Toyota of Scranton. We liked them so much , we actually purchased 3 c I must say that we had an excellent experience when we bought our used car from Toyota of Scranton. We liked them so much , we actually purchased 3 cars from them. However, once we had our Honda Ridgeline for one year, I went to have the car serviced whiched included rotating the tires. We were told, when we purchased the vehicle, Toyota of Scranton had put on new tires because they were safety minded as well as customer minded. When I took the Ridgeline to have it serviced and tires rotated, I was informed that the only new tires were the rear tires and the front tires were dry rotted and unsafe and needed to be replaced. I called the sales rep, Cathy K., and reached her voice mail. I also sent an email to the dealership, all without ever receiving a call back. I did finally get in touch with Cathy K and she told me she would talk to the sales manager and get back to me. That was over a week ago and again still no call back or response to my issue. So basically, Toyota of Scranton will buy you coffee, tell you everything you want to hear, but once the deal is done you are on your own. This is not what I would call Quality Customer Service. I do not thing Toyota of Scranton , along with a lot of sales companies, knows what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE really is. I will not buy another car from Toyota of Scranton. Nor will I ever recommend them to any of my friends and family for a vehicle. Plain and simple, once they get your money, they are looking for their next sucker. More

You won't find any better I have been coming to this dealership for years. I recently purchased my 4th vehicle (all Toyota, Of course) and I must say it was the easiest proces I have been coming to this dealership for years. It makes buying a car FUN, instead of a hassle which is what you will find at most dealerships. I have also been sending many friends and family members to this dealership and all have been equally impressed and all have bought cars.
