buying a car can be a nightmare but Toyota 0f Scranton made the sale go as smoothly as you can ever think of. My sales person was Andy Noone who made me feel like family there. I purchased a Rav4 and the made the sale go as smoothly as you can ever think of. My sales person was Andy Noone who made me feel like family there. I purchased a Rav4 and the sale was done quick and painless and Andy put my payment where i wanted it at with no cat and mouse games.A friendly and courteous Mark Paczewski manager came out to assist Andy to see if Andy needed help and to answer more of my questions. What a great place to visit and to buy a car.BTW they have a Dunkin Donuts in there if you need to sip on a coffee while you look! More

This is the third time I have bought a vehicle off of Toyota Scion of Scranton. I do not mind the drive for the excellent customer service. This dealership exceeded all my expectations. I was new to the area and have an older Toyota that I keep around so I don't have to worry about mileage or busy parking lots. It looks like a junker from the to the area and have an older Toyota that I keep around so I don't have to worry about mileage or busy parking lots. It looks like a junker from the outside but I always take care of it mechanically. Toyota of Scranton took such great care of it! While waiting for the service to be complete I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a bagel at their on site Dunkin Donuts and sat in the lounge by the fire and flat screen TVs! It was very comfortable and most importantly clean! Before I discovered this great facility, I had just bought a new jeep. I absolutely regret going to that dealership and wish I would have discovered Toyota of Scranton first. I even convinced my boyfriend to buy his new car here and even the sales experience was excellent! I definitely recommend this place and stand behind that recommendation 100%! More
