Taryn was my point of contact upon arrival, and was friendly, prompt, and straightforward from the start. The transaction was as smooth as one could desire; she quickly helped establish agreed upon trade and sale amounts, she was flexible and accommodating when I moved up my desired transaction and delivery date dramatically, she had the keys and vehicle ready when I arrived for my scheduled test drive, and she helped process the delivery as smoothly as possible. While it was a relatively simple transaction with no complications largely due to the vehicle being in house already, it having no major issues during delivery, and my compunction to have my financials properly arranged beforehand, her sense of urgency and attentiveness did not go un-noticed. I will absolutely return to her specifically if/when I have need for another Toyota, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others.
