An overall very good experience. The only downfall was the time it took to get everything completed. I initially contacted Scranton Toyota via a live chat and set up an appointment. Amanda promptly called me back and confirmed my appointment for the next day and told me that Mark would be available to assi set up an appointment. Amanda promptly called me back and confirmed my appointment for the next day and told me that Mark would be available to assist me. I showed up at the dealership the next day at my appointed time and Mark was available immediately upon being paged. He showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. Being I was convinced on the car right away, I tried to just circle the parking lot as my test drive, but Mark insisted I drive it a little bit more to be sure I did. Being I came in with my own financing, I initially declined talking to the finance guy; however, I agreed to let him run my credit and he ended up getting me a better financing deal than I initially came in with. That was great with me. I was running on a tight schedule the next day and pickup of the car was super. I was able to make my appointment and I found out afterwards, when Mark called me the next day to check up on me and my new vehicle, that he came in on his day off so he could help me with the pickup. That was very nice and not information that was volunteered to me, but solicited by me. This is the first time I have stepped foot into a dealership since 1998 when I bought a Saturn and it was an absolutely positive experience and, when the time comes, I will certainly be back. The vehicle is perfect and I am extremely happy. More
