I have always heard good things about Toyota of Scranton. Car buying is a difficult thing and some car sales person's can be very pushy and just care about selling a car. The sale seemed good at first but things started to go south when we met with the finance person Angelo. We arrived at the dealership with our financing so then they wanted to pressure us into buying an south when we met with the finance person Angelo. We arrived at the dealership with our financing so then they wanted to pressure us into buying an extended warranty when we live an hour and a half away to come there to get our tire fixed if something happened to it?? When we said no thank you he got very short with us and seemed irritated that we were not interested in giving them more money. After we got home with the car, I realized that I left my garage door opener in the car I traded. I called George with in an hour and a half of leaving the dealership and he said it was not a problem and that he would send it to me (again, I live an hour and a half away). Well, it's been a month and I'm starting to think that I will never see that door opener at this point. More

Jenna was very good answering my inqueries on line, she was not available on the day I stopped in to browse, however, Teresa did an excellent job helping me at the dealership.
