Every time I visit Toyota Scion of Scranton my service is fantastic. My recent visit was for a recall on my Rav4. I scheduled an appointment for a mandatory recal repair on my 2009 Rav4. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and my car was taken right in. I asked how long the appointment would take and was on my 2009 Rav4. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and my car was taken right in. I asked how long the appointment would take and was told an hour or less. I was also told an hour or less when I had called over a week prior to make the appointment. The man who initially began my paperwork was surly and abrupt. I took a seat in the waiting room after he asked if I would be waiting. Again- I asked how long the work would take and I was told AGAIN less than an hour. Three hours and 15 minutes later this man came looking for me. He claimed he had me paged but I was standing three feet from him near the counter when he was brought my keys. He did not page me. I asked why the work took so long. He ignored me. I asked again, I told him I wanted to know if their was an issue with my car I should be concerned about. He told me that no work had been done. None. My car didn't need to recall work. My car was fine. 3 HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES for NOTHING? So again, I asked why it took so long, and he told me to have a nice day. I assume this is because I wasn't a paying customer? Why should that matter? It shouldn't. More

I always have great service at Toyota Scion of Scranton. Kevin took care of me on my last visit. I am a little disappointed, due to the fact that my prepaid maintenance is up.
