One visit on 14 July 2012 for the 15K service, then back on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and his knowledge and recommendation matched my online research perfectly. The tire mounting was done extremely quickly, and the price deal with 4-wheel alignment and nitrogen fill/road hazard plan was very competitive. Yet another "no worries" service experience, with continued confidence in this staff and facility. More

I brought my new car at Toyota/Scion of Scranton early in 2012 and, in June, I brought it in for its first service. I live in another state but have relatives in the Scranton area. I ordered a part on-line and made my appointment for my 5,000 service visit. Both were done at the same time. No wait as I pulled my Van into the garage and spoke with an associate. My 2008 4 Runner came in for a check engine light on and they found the problem to be a defective gas cap. Being in warranty, there was no charge. I found the Toyota Dealership waiting area very comfortable they found the problem to be a defective gas cap. Being in warranty, there was no charge. This dealership exceeded all my expectations. I was new to the area and have an older Toyota that I keep around so I don't have to worry about mileage or busy parking lots. It looks like a junker from the to the area and have an older Toyota that I keep around so I don't have to worry about mileage or busy parking lots. It looks like a junker from the outside but I always take care of it mechanically. Toyota of Scranton took such great care of it! While waiting for the service to be complete I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a bagel at their on site Dunkin Donuts and sat in the lounge by the fire and flat screen TVs! It was very comfortable and most importantly clean! Before I discovered this great facility, I had just bought a new jeep. I absolutely regret going to that dealership and wish I would have discovered Toyota of Scranton first. I even convinced my boyfriend to buy his new car here and even the sales experience was excellent! I definitely recommend this place and stand behind that recommendation 100%! More
