How much!! Are you serious? I was told that to fix a rust spot Behind the rear quarter panel would cost $3000 . I would not pass inspection. Scheduled Oil change and Inspection Brought my Tacoma in for 15,000 oil change, and I was needed an Inspection. Took my truck in at the 11 o'clock appointment. After sitting there for 2 Brought my Tacoma in for 15,000 oil change, and I was needed an Inspection. Took my truck in at the 11 o'clock appointment. After sitting there for 2 hours and having people come and go sitting by me in waiting room, Even one person that came after had the guy that waited on me come out and tell him it would be a little and it was, finally after 2 hours I went back to the same guy and asked when my truck would, he did a few things on the computer, and said let me go back and check. He came back and said they were looking at the hood latch. I had no problem with it. 20 min later he came and got me. I was in the process that day to buy the extended coverage on my truck and figured I would buy my tires and get my inspections there for the life of the truck. This is the 3rd time I was asked to send a review and never heard anything back from Scranton Toyota. And I just got done telling him about my Toyota, and he bought one a few months. More

I was waiting and was told they would tell me when it was done or if there was a problem. After waiting an hour and a half I went to the desk to see what the hold up was. Person I was dealing with was not there. Another employee that I asked seemed to be annoyed with my request to know what was going on with my car but did eventually find the problem and took care of it in a pleasant manner. My car needed a part and I have to go back. I'm sure it didn't take an hour and a half to find this out someone just neglected to notify me in a timely manner which I really find annoying. Usually your service is much better than this. Hope I don't have to write a negative review when I return to get this repair done on my car or I will have to find another dealership.
