Great Service! I recently went in for service and dealt with Jessica. She was extremely helpful and very nice. I told her I needed my car back as soon as possible and I got it back pretty fast. Also, when I went to pick up my car she took the time to walk out with me and check my car to make sure all the plastic was removed from the interior. I never saw that before. A great employee. More

2016 Camry 5000 mile check up and service The team at Toyota Service department made this an enjoyable event. The employees dedication to the customer is second to none. I am on my 5 Toyota Vehicle. Each one I keep to around 80,000 miles. The vehicles have been great and I have not had an issue with any of them. I deal with Bonnie Weber and Brenda Willis and we have developed a great relationship over the years. Even the Sales Rep will greet me if he sees me in the service department to make sure everything is ok. My wife decided to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because she like the styling. The vehicle is fine but she totally misses the service she received from Toyota of Scranton. She can't wait to trade it in and get back to the Toyota Family. More
Toyota Tacoma oil leak On March 21 I had my brand new Toyota Tacoma in for service for an oil leak. It was diagnosed as a front axle leak. I'm not sure that I buy that expl On March 21 I had my brand new Toyota Tacoma in for service for an oil leak. It was diagnosed as a front axle leak. I'm not sure that I buy that explanation because the oil was light in color and of a lower viscosity. The service department ordered a part which as of April 15 has not yet arrived. I'm not particularly happy with the response with ordering the replacement part, but that's probably a more of a function of Toyota and not the dealership. Still waiting to hear from the service department. More
