appointment at 930 am. ...arrived at 925 and wasn't attended to for more than 20 minutes, while employees were chatting with each other and wandering aimlessly. my $14.99 o ...arrived at 925 and wasn't attended to for more than 20 minutes, while employees were chatting with each other and wandering aimlessly. my $14.99 oil change coupon changed to $49.99 for (shop supplies? really?). then I was told a 2 hour wait, though shop was 1/3 as busy from last time I was there (less than 2 hours). Slowly Toyota of Tampa Bay has sunk into the abyss of dismal customer service and this is the 3rd time I have had issues with a Morgan Auto Group owned dealership. Will not return to either again.
