This was a very disappointing experience. I found our truck on Car Gurus with a listed price that we were happy with (close to what we paid for 2 other trucks, same make and model within 1 ye I found our truck on Car Gurus with a listed price that we were happy with (close to what we paid for 2 other trucks, same make and model within 1 year of the age of the trucks we purchased). We reached out and were provided with a sales form showing more than $10,000 over the listed price. There were 3 items added to the bill that we disputed and were told that the disclosure for these fees was on their website. That's all well and good but I didn't find the truck on their website. When I told the sales rep that I wanted those fees removed because I felt they were underhanded in the way the additional fees were presented. He told me they are not responsible for what Car Gurus posts with regard to their vehicles for sale. We negotiated and were ready to make the deal when someone stepped in and told us we had to pay another $3000 if we wanted the truck. We reluctantly agreed and headed over to the dealership. While we were there, we witnessed another sales rep giving a load of PURE BALONEY to some parents buying a car for their daughter. 4 trips to finance and 4 different sales pitches every time he came back making comments like. "You're good people so we want to work with you" "We like you so we want to make this deal work for you" Just stop with and be real with your customers. When we got to the finance department to sign the paperwork and pay, there was no conversation, we felt like he just wanted us gone. When the paperwork was done, he handed us our tag and said the truck is outside. NO ONE walked us out to our new truck as they normally do. When we got to the truck, there were no floor mats and ALL of the inserts for the cup holders and other small storage spots in the console were gone. They didn't even give us screws to put our tag on our truck, we had to take them from another vehicle nearby. We have purchased 2 other trucks cash this year and did not get this type of shady business from either of the 2 dealerships we worked with. To top it off, they kept calling and emailing us for 2 days after we purchased the truck asking if we were still interested in purchasing the truck we just bought. No way would I ever consider another purchase from this dealership. I'm shocked after reading other reviews that we were treated this way. More

Had no idea I was looking at a $1,000+ bill and when Vincent called (with his Spanish accent making it very difficult for me to understand as he flew through whatever explanation he gave) I still did no Vincent called (with his Spanish accent making it very difficult for me to understand as he flew through whatever explanation he gave) I still did not understand. I did not understand what was involved with the Engine Maintenace Required. Additionally, the material on the back of the back seat is disintegrating and he did not really seem impressed when I kept showing him how all of the metal from the back seat is exposed in this $40,000 car of mine. Finally he told me (again in his brisk Spanish accent) that "they said the back seat is broken underneath and has to be taken out and it will be $224.00 just to do that before they can determine what to do." I asked how they could determine that the seat was broken underneath and what does that have to do with the deteriorating fabric. I paid for leather seat upgrade and cannot imagine this material. I think the material had to be defective because I don't think a lot of people are complaining about such a thing or people would not be buying Toyota cars. Very very unimpressed and upset. I don't think I will be coming back. I never had a problem with Gina, or Josh -- I think I deserved much more -- he should have gotten the service manager to speak with me if he was unable. He wasn't even able to process the Toyoto charge card and a college had to do it for him and that person did it immediately. Not sure I will be back after over 30+ years with Toyoto. More
