Coming in to get a simple oil change with a 24. 99 coupon. Granted it only covers 5 quarts & my truck has 8. After waiting 5 minutes whilst the employee was allegedly on the phone to talk to someone about giving me the exact numbers I told him I just want to get the oil change done. He then proceeded to negotiate a price & shake my hand as if we were doing a business deal. I don’t want to come to a dealership & be hustled so they can make a commission. Just an overall shady experience. More
