2/21/26 horrible experience from start to finish. im convinced the good reviews are fakes. I was only interested in a very specific used camry a 2021-24 xle grey with ash interior. i found one, contacted the dealership and set a date to come purchase. within 2 days I was already confused bc I was being contacted by a different salesman twice a day. i live 3.5 hrs away in ga. the day prior to me coming the car is removed from the website. I asked my salesman laith why it was removed and he said he didnt know but it was still for sale. I asked him to double check and he said the car was still for sale. as im driving the next morning i get a call from a manager while i was driving saying the car sold the previous day. i told the mgr i didnt want to work with laith anymore, turned around and he put me with a new salesperson to find me the car. laith kept contacting me anyways. i asked him to stop 3x emailing, texting and calling me. i even called and got another mgr telling him this and he still didnt stop. i never even saw him while working with tom bush and his name is still on my paperwork. the new salesperson tom found me the car and stated they would email it to me. they never did. i call again to ask for a mgr, got a different mgr and a diff salesperson. this time they said they had the car and that salesperson tom bush would hold they keys for me until 2/21 when i got there to buy it. the car was listed at $21,700. this was a flat out lie used to get me to the dealership. they purposedly didnt include their mandatory fees, warranties, etc in the "sale price". the car also had a windshield rock chip, unfixed and unreported damage to multiple places on the car, the interior was dirty and there was an ink stain on one of the seats. i purchase the car and while signing i was asking if things were mandatory to purchase since the "sale price" didnt include their mandatory fees and thousands of dollars in "mandatory" add ons. they kept saying its "included". they purposely word things and distract you and ultimately its my fault bc i didnt read the fine print. I spoke Gino the manager with these complaints and he told me i bought a used car. i asked if the car came with a 2nd set of keys and he said theyre not in the business of making keys. I told him i was unhappy and didnt want the car anymore and he said they dont take cars back. i would give 0 stars if i could. More

It’s busy (which tells you a lot), but everything moves efficiently and professionally. You can feel that there’s structure, leadership, and a real customer-first culture in place. Even with how packed it was, I never felt ignored or rushed in a bad way. My salesman, Roman Micciche (R-O-M-A-N-N), went above and beyond. Straight to the point, no fluff, no games, no wasted time. Exactly how I like to do business. He answered every question clearly, handled everything professionally, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Zero pressure, just solid communication and real service. Customer service was top-notch across the board, but Roman especially stood out. If you’re like me and typically dislike the dealership experience, this is the place to go — and ask for Roman. Highly recommend. More
Took my Sienna in for an oil & filter chg, plus engine & cabin filter change. I made an appt online. It appeared very chaotic when I arrived; I was left waiting to be assigned a service advisor. When an advisor was assigned, he lifted the hood, looked at the battery and asked if I wanted it cleaned, since there was corrosion around it. (It had been replaced 1.5 yrs ago). I said yes. I requested a shuttle to the VA hospital and an uber was called for me and paid for by the dealership. Upon my return, my van was in their lot and when returning home, I discovered a deep scratch down to the metal on the passenger side. I checked under the hood and the same residue was around the battery terminals. I called to ask about the scratch and was told by the service advisor that a video is made when the vehicle is dropped off. I asked that he check the video to prove the scratch was not there when dropped off. I never received a call back. I did not ask about the battery terminals, as the dealership is about an hour away and do not plan to use them again. More

2/21/2026 Went for my 100,000 mile checkup and came away with a clean bill of health. The only semi-major item was new tires, which was not unexpected. Norman Vassell gave me 3 quotes, expressed his thoughts and left the decision up to me WITHOUT any pressure. You can expect that with everything your car needs or doesn’t need immediately. Norman is honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and works on your behalf unselfishly! As usual and expected, the technician performed a complete inspection and installed 4 new tires, performed a wheel alignment and balancing in a very acceptable time frame, on a very busy Saturday. I have no complaints with Toyota of TB and its service department, they are elite. Norman V. is more than exceptional, he is the best of the best. He never disappoints me and is always upfront, honest and works with me to get things done within my budget, without pressure. I can always count on Norman Vassell to put my best interests first. I truly appreciate that and him as a superior advisor and person. More

the only complain I have about this service is the for the 2nd time car wash is listed as provided and it wasn't performed other wise the service and communication is great.
