I got pre-owned Kia Sedona from Toyota dealership. The car was very clean and in very good condition. It was nice that they cleaned it again after purchase, so it was sparkling! Also dealership offered free oil change for the first year and voucher for the test drive. But the most important for me was their care when I faced some issues with registration. General Manager Mr Greg did fantastic job to fix DMV glitch! Also they replaced at no cost for me leaking windshield washer tank, even though the car was sold as is. I'd recommend this dealership not only for brand new Toyotas but for pre-owned cars as well. More

I went to Toyota of Tampa Bay dealer to get my 10,000 miles warranty for my Corolla. As I entered the service area there was only 1 car infront of me. I have to wait for about 10 mins. before a service a miles warranty for my Corolla. As I entered the service area there was only 1 car infront of me. I have to wait for about 10 mins. before a service advisor approached me. I counted them, there were about 9 of them just sitting inside their cubicles and some are just talking with each other. I don't think that they're busy since they only have 2 customers at that time. I'm only appreciative because the dealer took me even without an appointment. More
This guy is a literal crook. I had called and asked about a used car on their lot and what I had for a trade in. I had called and said I was willing to throw around $2-3k extra on top of a trade for another a used car on their lot and what I had for a trade in. I had called and said I was willing to throw around $2-3k extra on top of a trade for another used car on the lot. Abdel had told me he thinks he can work out a deal and it would be worthwhile for me to come in and have a chat. Well when we decided to talk numbers that $2-3k magical turned into $14-$16k. There was a a total max discrepancy of $6k between my trade in value and the asking price of their used car on the lot. They basically doubled that. Once I had pointed that out they told me they don’t think we can do business with me knowing I had drove 2+ hours to go to their dealer. These are flipping thieves. Mike the manager came out and I had told him what Abdel said and he told me that it would be best for me to leave. He even asked me about the title of my car which I had in my position and was willing to show them for proof and he flat out laughed in my face and told me to leave. I had never ever been so humiliated to buy a car in my life. If anyone has any brains it’s in their best interest to never buy a car from this shady dealer who have forgotten how to be a human and not look at every customer as dollar signs. Plenty of other respectful Toyota dealers in the state who are kind to potential customers especially in southwest Florida and near St. Augustine. These guys need a serious lesson customer service. I only had an issue with some of the managers who didn’t feel the need to follow the county mask mandate inside and I felt very unsafe around them, especially with family members who got severely ill and a friend who died so I didn’t appreciate their joking how they hope they just get it. But Allen wore his the whole time and had no problem elbow bumping! More
