I left Toyota of Tampa Bay with less confidence than when I arrived. The service messages I received by text directly conflicted with the inspection video my technician provided, which made me feel I was bei I arrived. That kind of inconsistency is exactly what erodes trust between a customer and a service department. Worse, I drove away with a nail in my tire. My technician told me it could be repaired, but I was later told it couldn't — and sent off with a leaking tire anyway. I had it fixed at a nearby shop with no trouble at all, which makes the whole situation harder to understand. I came in expecting straightforward, honest maintenance. Instead I left questioning what I was told and dealing with a safety issue that should never have been waved through. I can't recommend this location based on my experience. More
