Even though we were familiar with the dealership, it has been a long time since we bought a car, and Jean made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. He was very helpful after the sale also! We came in on his day off to get us a second car key. He even helped us get a blemish fixed that we overlooked after we bought the car.
