Decent communication. I had my Land cruiser repaired at Toyota and vehicle service was scheduled at the same time. Earlier communication was good. I always go to TOTB to service and maintenance of my 2015 Tacoma but lately they are not doing a good job verifying the jobs performed. My truck had a major service 2 days ago and had to return yesterday as Tacoma but lately they are not doing a good job verifying the jobs performed. My truck had a major service 2 days ago and had to return yesterday as they left one of my tires unbalanced making it to be in a constant shake as soon as I left the dealer. This is not the first time this happens. They have a great staff but someone in the shop is failing to do the due diligence to supervise and double check the quality of the repairs performed. This is why I'm taking out one star from the rating. More
