A friend recommended Toyota of Tampa Bay so when I needed a new vehicle I checked it out. I had looked online and realized that their inventory was amazing. I really wasn’t looking forward to the experience a new vehicle I checked it out. I had looked online and realized that their inventory was amazing. I really wasn’t looking forward to the experience of buying a new car and I walked In skeptical that I was going to get a good deal. That changed immediately when I started talking to the sales consultant Shannon Lamagna. I have to give her a shout out and recommend that you definitely ask for her. She went out of her way to show me as many vehicles as I wanted, she was so informative and a pleasure to work with. I was indecisive, but the time passed quickly and she worked so hard to get me the most amazing deal. Her Sales manager Johnny was also great to work with and he accredited my great deal on a vehicle to the dealership being number one in Florida, but I’m pretty sure it was also Shannon’s aggressive negotiating on my behalf. She didn’t give up I until I got everything I wanted! I never would have thought a car buying experience at a car dealership would be enjoyable and bring me so much joy. I have to add one more anecdote which is that the dealership also have me a LIFETIME power train warranty and Toyo advantage plan. Never thought I’d be so excited about free car washes but this dealership is fabulous. More
