I’ve been to 3 different Toyota dealer ships and this is the first one i’ve had an issue with. More

Right away I could tell he wasn’t trying to sell me snake oil. First impressions are everything. Told me straight up let’s look at the numbers and see what we have. My credit was fair. My income to debt ratio was already less than fair. The truth is this. He did everything possible and got my 18 year old kid in a nice 2014 Corolla by the end of the day. I really didn’t expect to be making a deal. But my kid needed a car xThey found a way. And I couldn’t be happier. I also got the vehicle below bluebook value. It was a good day. Thanks TOTB More

Awesome, dealerrship! Our salesman was Dino Ricci he was such a warm what can I do for you person. He could not do enough for my husband and I. Just a warm family wonderful guy. The entire dealership employees kept coming by asking could they do anything for us as we waited. Just amazingly kind. Its like I can't wait to return.... The manager kept asking if we needed anything just so nice to us. Out Finance Manager was Yousef Abdullah. My goodness what a nice man too. It was amazing his kindness too. It was like we walked into a family of kindness, warmth generosity today. We got there around 10:30 and left like 3:00 learning our new car and signing all the paper work and it was never a feeling like that long. Thanks so much Tampa Bay Toyota for making us feel like someone very important. My husband 2013 Toyota Tacoma came from here too. Can't say thanks enough for everything and especially your kindness we can't believe the love we felt. I can't remember everyones name but wish I could to say thanks. Usually when you go to a dealership you can't wait to leave but not today. It was such a lovely time spent with our salesman Dino Ricci and Yousef Abdullah.
