It was the worst car-buying experience, and I had to resign on 5/06. Dayan in finance screwed me out of $7814.63 that CarMax was giving me. He’s a liar, and I would not trust him to do any finance paperwork. He constantly lied, even via text messages. I have day-by-day proof since 4/22, when I purchased the vehicle. I did not want to sell them or use my Acura as a trade-in. They insisted on buying my car and insisted that they would work out the deal to give me money back, like CarMax was giving me. Dayan lied; according to him, he tried to “cheat the system.” This caused me to be screwed of out 7k. (I have proof of this in text messages.) It took over a month for my title status to finally reflect Active after showing a pending dealer transaction. More
