This was the second time we brought the car in for this recall. The first time they assured my husband they had the part, only to inform us when we picked the car up that the part was actually out of stock recall. This time they did have the part and made the repair quickly. For things like recalls we have to go to the dealership. But they're not .y first choice for servicing. They can't even get my name right - they reversed my first and last name in my file and I've made many requests that they straighten it out but to no avail. More
