Unfortunately, my experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay was very disappointing, especially during the vehicle purchase process. When I tried to buy a RAV4 2025, I was told multiple times that I was already ap very disappointing, especially during the vehicle purchase process. When I tried to buy a RAV4 2025, I was told multiple times that I was already approved, which later turned out not to be true. I was sent back and forth between dealers, had my credit run multiple times unnecessarily, and received conflicting information from different finance representatives. This caused frustration, stress, and negatively affected my credit. I was also required to leave a $500 down payment that was held for several days without clear justification. On the service side, while my RAV4 2020 was under warranty repair, I was provided a RAV4 2025 loaner. I was told a $50 deposit was required, but $500 was charged to my card instead. Thankfully, this was later reversed. I want to clearly recognize David from the Service/Maintenance department, who was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. He handled the situation respectfully and followed up until the issue was resolved. His customer service was excellent and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, misinformation, and unprofessional behavior from the sales and finance departments overshadowed the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve how customers are treated. More

I would suggest going somewhere else to get your work done as they are never prepared. This will be the second time. We have gone there for service after a part being ordered and then not be able to find done as they are never prepared. This will be the second time.
