Josh was very pleasant and addressed my concerns. The only exception are the men that greet you as soon as you arrive in the service drive and look at the windshield. Here is where I have a problem. To be advised that I basically need to replace my windshield, which as long as you have insurance, is covered, is complete crap. The tiny nicks in the windshield are NOT going to cause an issue. They are NOT deep enough to cause the windshield to spider. They aren't eve visible. Seriously? I will guarantee you that there is NOT one car driving on the road that does NOT have any dings in their windshield, that is impossible if the car is used. All you are contributing is increasing my already high rate of insurance that I have to pay. Stop leading people to believe that their windshield needs to be replaced unless it is TRULY a liability/hazard. Just living a brand new car off the lot, that windshield will get a nick. Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem in increasing the ever rising cost of car insurance due to frivolous/xx claims. More

Excellent professional treatment on how I was treated during my visit. Although my truck problem was not fixed due to not being able to duplicate the issue while being serviced.
