This service was okay because the appointment was scheduled a couple days before I arrived. The required oil was not ordered . This led to me spending 3-4 hours at the dealership. Came in to get my windows tinted as it was part of the deal I made for the new vehicle. The tint looks good, aside from some small strips that are not fully covered. I waited at the dealership for 3 hours and when I went to check the vehicle status it still showed pending assignment. I walked outside and my vehicle was already completed. I was not notified and the board was not updated. I went to my service advisor to let him know my vehicle was completed and to let me get my keys to leave. I realize it was a Saturday and they were busy, but 3 hours for 2 windows. Last time I go that route again. More
