A about 11 am or noon, I was quite pleased with the service provided, and pretty confident in turning down the assessment that I needed a new cabin air filter as my car smells clean, but at approximate service provided, and pretty confident in turning down the assessment that I needed a new cabin air filter as my car smells clean, but at approximately 5pm when I was sent a photo of the filter, I saw for myself why a new one was recommended.
