For the first time, service on 03/13/2025 with Angela Priester was horrible! She repeatedly lied to me from the condition I brought my car in for service to the credit card fee. I was told 2. 5 hours and it took 4.5 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE! That should never take that long. I was also treated rudely by Frey.
