It took a total of 8 trips to the Toyota of Tampa Bay dealership, plus an additional 3 trips to the Mini Dealership to fix a SINGLE issue with my vehicle's tire. Over and over and over again, I was dism dealership, plus an additional 3 trips to the Mini Dealership to fix a SINGLE issue with my vehicle's tire. Over and over and over again, I was dismissed without the issue being resolved. I responded to every single review request, every text asking to let them know if there was a problem. Until the second-to-last trip, no one ever responded. After that visit, I sent a text with my email address stating that I needed a manager to contact me ASAP. I finally heard from Erica Ortiz, who told me that a General Manager had seen my negative review months ago and was sorry they hadn't reached out to me yet. That I should expect a phone call the next day. No call. No further response from Erica Ortiz. This dealership did not do right by us. They took our money and ran, leaving us frustrated and with extremely limited options. At this point, we are looking at selling our vehicle and suing the dealership if we have to take a loss. More
