I purchased my Tacoma in another city. When I brought it to Tampa I needed a dealership close to home for service so I chose Toyota of Tampa bay. It has turned out to be the best choice I could have made. I got Jarod Thorman as my service leader. He was excellent. He signed me up very quickly serviced my Tacoma as promised. Very poor, unprofessional and unknowledgeable technician. Every time I go for my service issue they are not able to get the duplicate. One technician said got the duplicate one said nothing. Like it’s a joke Every time I go for my service issue they are not able to get the duplicate. One technician said got the duplicate one said nothing. Justin Ortiz is disrespectful, he lied about my bumper hanging off my car and therefore unable to wash it. When I began to complain as I left, he rudely walked away from me while I was still speaking ins hanging off my car and therefore unable to wash it.
