Aside from my service experience, I have a we owe document from when I purchased the car in March 31th 2023, the document indicates that I should have gotten the car mats and Toyota care. I forgot this was owed to me and while adding the taxes paid thru turbo tax I came across the document and realized this wasn’t honor. I had a few issues with the car with the lift gate that wasn’t working that I might forgot about this and no one reached out, the manager of the store said this could not be honor since it was passed 30 days. If this is/was owed to me within 30 days, shouldn’t someone had reached out to me ? I coils argued this could be an UDAAP (unfair Deceptive abusive act or practice) issue with the FTC and CFPB More

Took 1 month to repair my car. I don't know if you guys use my car while it was in the shop, because was IN WITH 41,616 MILES and WAS OUT WITH 42.039MILES.
