DO NOT RECOMMEND My vehicle has been damaged three times when in for service!!! Apparently if they say "they will make it right as always" it is OK to do the damage! Oil change I recently gotten my oil changed and fluids topped off. Dec 27 to be exact and my oil pan was left half way off which I didn’t realize till a couple d I recently gotten my oil changed and fluids topped off. Dec 27 to be exact and my oil pan was left half way off which I didn’t realize till a couple days later and it’s completely just burned out from dragging on ground. on my car fac states that the car was washed and detailed. Neither happened giving that the car wash machine was down and not in service. A little upset giving that I could have been told the reasoning of y my oil pan was not placed on correctly. More

I brought my Scion XB in because all of the indicator lights came on. 6 trips and over a year later, the indicator lights still come on after leaving the shop. I just want my money (still out $350.00) back so I can move on. I have lost confidence that they can fix it. More

poor service resolution Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. We went in with a 2005 Prius that needed $4400 in repairs (hybrid battery and PCM had to be replaced). We were devastated and needed to replace the car. The service team (especially Terry) really helped us understand all of our options. To avoid spending on a used Prius that may need costly repairs in the next few years, we decided on a new 2016 Prius C. Alan, Noe, and Justin were incredibly helpful and it was obvious that they actually cared about us. We never thought we would finance a new car, but they made it simple, understandable, and affordable. We will never use another mechanic or dealership, from now on we'll stick with Toyota of Tampa Bay More
