Dear Toyota Tampa Bay Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my recent experience with your team for the airbag recall service on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service out regarding my recent experience with your team for the airbag recall service on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service provided and would like to bring several issues to your attention. Firstly, when I received my car back after the recall service, the interior was extremely dirty, with visible black stains likely from technician handling. Additionally, there was damage to the interior cover. I returned to have this addressed, and while the cover was repaired, I had to personally clean the vehicle to remove the black stains left by the technician. Furthermore, another part in the interior was broken during the service. I was assured that this part would be ordered and replaced, but I have not received any updates, and it has yet to be addressed. Despite this, I continue to receive emails stating that my service is completed, which is both confusing and frustrating as these issues are still unresolved. More
