The advisor and technician that worked on my car seemed honest and caring. The advisor was a chill guy and I didn’t feel pressured into buying something additional. Every car repair shop I’ve been to, the relationship felt predatory in a way. It was a surprise when, while waiting for my car, they reported that no additional repairs/maintenance was needed (I just asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement). That was definitely a first, as every time I’ve gotten work done on my car, there was always something extra that “needed” to be done. The technician sent short video showing me a video of my car and what was done and why or why something wasn’t necessary, which I appreciated very much. They also provided me with a checklist and details about tire tread depth, brake pad thickness, etc More
