Eleven years ago I followed Steve Canalejo to Toyota of Tampa Bay. One of the smartest decisions I ever made. Why you ask? Since even though Steve is no longer there, I receive the same outstanding service "with a smile." First from Jarod Thorman and now from Norman Vassell. Being an almost 95 year old female I greatly appreciate being treated and talked to like a normal human being. I totally trust their recommendations and never feel that anything was recommended and done that was not in my best interest. More

I received an invoice for service that stated that I had received service on a date that I had not received service. I tried multiple times and methods to communicate this fact and did not receive a callba received service on a date that I had not received service. I tried multiple times and methods to communicate this fact and did not receive a callback or any other communication. I finally reached a person and they made light of the fact that I had received this invoice. The reason they gave me for getting this did not make any sense to me. They said they had mentioned getting my car tinted when I bought the car on 10/28/2024 and I said I didn't want it. I have no recollection of any conversation about this and I don't understand why this invoice suddenly showed up in my email inbox. More
