I was greated good. Waited at least 10 min for someone to fill my tires. Then the attendant would not let me ride in passenger seat while getting a wash. The dealership is fine, they told me what was wrong with my car promptly. I had a battery issue. I had no idea my power of steering would be restricted with a faulty battery. On my way to get my battery swi my car promptly. I had a battery issue. I had no idea my power of steering would be restricted with a faulty battery. On my way to get my battery switched the steering wheel tightened making the car unable drivable I physically could not move the wheel to turn the car at a stop light. Thus I had to turn on my hazards and call 911 to safely direct traffic around me. It would have been nice to know the dangers of driving with a faulty battery ; my battery was marked as fair when it was clearly in poor condition. When I called back the dealership telling them what had happened that didn’t seem surprised that the wheel locked. I don’t understand why that possibility was not brought to my attention. Hopefully in the future they can be more informative. More
