Very unprofessional..inquired about an advertised vehicle. Spoke with Jeremy. l Requested financing. Sent in requested docs within the hour. I had to follow up and Jeremy asked if l was putting dow vehicle. Spoke with Jeremy. l Requested financing. Sent in requested docs within the hour. I had to follow up and Jeremy asked if l was putting down payment. I responded l would rather not. Jeremy said would let credit manager know and get back to me..2 Days later no Jeremy.. I had to follow up again and was told his credit manager wanted 3000 down. And ps car was sold. I could have put 3000 down if l was told..l also told him l had my own financing approved for 100%. Jeremy never followed up..didnt care..glad l didn't buy from Toyota of Vineland More

Horrible management !!!!!!!! I am owner of car hauling , one of my driver deliver a car to them and by mistake he scratch a another customer car ( size of a penny scratch ). The customer and Steve Kull (used car sales manger ) they talked about fixing the car there , Steve call me give me the price $398.78 i agree to pay that amount for a very small damage , but he asked me if i can pay with check , i said i woud like to use my company debit card , its easier for me, but he insist to pay with check , i agree about 2 weeks later he calls me that the car is fixed, i don't have any proof of that but he wants me to send the check on his personal name ....I called the GM BOB McCormick on 9/27/19 around 11:30 AM apparently he was busy and suppose to cal me back later one , he never did. today 9/30/19 at 5:14 i called him again , he was busy , suppose to call me back . I will wait for his call More

an unfortunate circumstance resolved by Vineland Toyota We were halfway to our destination late at night when a flat tired stopped us in our tracks. Complicated by a dead battery from our flashing lights We were halfway to our destination late at night when a flat tired stopped us in our tracks. Complicated by a dead battery from our flashing lights being on too long waiting for help, then a jump gone arye, we limped off 55 at 5 miles an hour. A kind passerby in his truck by led us to a safe place, took a look, then directed us to a place to stay and dealership in the morning. We were totally unfamiliar with the area, so this was lifesaving. When we called the Toyota dealer in the morning, Mark told my husband he was very busy, but come over and they would take a look.....from the employee greeting us as we pulled in, to the person directing us to their lounge to the person charging my dead phone, to the employees working on the car, we were treated with utmost respect and importance. The efficiency with which the problem was resolved was amazing. Although we are not from the area, they treated us as if we were their best customer....Thank you Vineland Toyota for making this unfortunate situation a fortunate one... More
