Work with sales rep was excellent However, when I picked up the vehicle two days later it appeared it was not ready. WE had a 9:30AM appointment and had to wait quite a while before t However, when I picked up the vehicle two days later it appeared it was not ready. WE had a 9:30AM appointment and had to wait quite a while before the sales rep could show us the car and go over new features with us. Then the finance person was not available and we actually had to come back as my wife had an 11:00am appointment. We came back at 12:30 and it was still nearly 2:00pm when we finally left the dealership. Was somewhat disappointed with that. Hope you will review this and try to avoid this for future customers More

Communication...communication...communcation After finding the car we wanted and agreeing on a price I specifically told the sales person that we were going to use outside finance. He then had us fill out a finance form to hold the car and a $500 deposit. Well I found out through a credit reporting service that they ran my credit looking to offer me financing even after specifically telling them that I wasn’t going to use them and I was getting outside financing. I’m very diligent about my credit and did not appreciate them running my report without my consent. Be wary of a place that doesn’t listen to your wishes and just uses your personal information to try and benefit themselves. Poor business practice in my mind. The rest of the process was fine but this really irked me. More

Be careful of your service I went to Toyota for an oil change and check my cylinders, my oil change was great. My cylinders were changed so called and when I get on the highway I went to Toyota for an oil change and check my cylinders, my oil change was great. My cylinders were changed so called and when I get on the highway my car had a hard time changing gears. I went to the service center and they told me it was th he gasket and tail pipe. I changed those as well. I went to Hartford last night and the same problem exist. Now my car seems to be making g a loud noise where they change the cylinders, the check engine light came on and vsp light as well. My next thing is contact the General Manager and if that does not change the issue I will contact DMV. These mechanics Don't always fix your car the first time. This will be my third time back within a week of bad service. More

Good service I had a good service this time. I had my tire pressure light on. I called for emergency appointment. The women asked me if I see my tire flatten? I sa I had a good service this time. She said that cold weather sometimes can cause the pressure inside the tire low. I said I want it check anyway. She checked me in right away because I need to go to work. When I got there, they took me right in and have my vehicle check and found a nail on the left tire. It took another 15 minutes to fix it. All together I get in and out in 35 minutes. I am able to go work without getting late. More
