Oil change and We came in for an oil change, but also needed to have a stubborn tire pressure light check out. We ended up needing a new front caliper. Despite having only made an appointment for the oil change, they fit in all three service issues. Rather than inconvenience us by making us wait, they gave us a loaner car for the day. We live about 45min from the dealership, it was Halloween and we have two young kids. Needless to say, we really didn't want to have to drive the loaner car back during trick-or-treat time. Our amazing service advisor offered to drive our car to us in Milford and take the loaner car back for us! We couldn't be happier with the service and and the quality of the repair work completed. More
