Love my new car.....salesman didn't get credit I purchased a new Highlander from Steve Hernandez and he was an amazing salesman. The problem was after the fact when I wanted to take the survey to let you know how great of a job he did selling me the car. When I went to take the survey something happened and it booted me out and I wasn't able to submit it so Steve would get the credit and the pat on the back he deserved. I actually went down to the dealership to ask them if they can resend the email so I can retake the survey and they told me that it was something they could not do so therefore Steve could not get his $50 bonus from selling me the car as well as he did. I was a little confused as to why I couldn't resubmit the survey to let them know how well he did just because the survey booted me out. I am hoping with this review that Mr. Hernandez gets the bonus that he deserves. Thank you very much, Tara Fazzina More

Bad deal I told them i only wanted to have my Financing from Toyota,also told them to only run it under Toyota, they ran it with multiple banks, then they tell I told them i only wanted to have my Financing from Toyota,also told them to only run it under Toyota, they ran it with multiple banks, then they tell me a payment amount , and we do all the paperwork get to the last page and poof magic , the payment was 5.00 a month more , . 5.00 does not seem like much but when you multiply it by 72 months its a 360. beating , and i do not doubt it if they practice this routine with other customers.. Update:: after I left this dealer the next day I went to Hartford Toyota where I got a square deal, lower interest rate and a lower payment for the Identical car. My advice is to go straight to Hartford Toyota and deal with Gabe in sales, Tony in finance,... I can't say enough about how great it was in Hartford. More
