Amazing Experience I went in to the dealership to just look around. I had no intentions of making a purchase immediately; that is not typically my style. Eric approached I went in to the dealership to just look around. I had no intentions of making a purchase immediately; that is not typically my style. Eric approached me and I thought I was going to get a "car salesman". He is anything but that stereotype. He is friendly, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and discussed all my options. I made a decision that day to purchase my truck from him. We went through the paperwork and I picked up my truck the following day. My experience with the finance department was also exceptional. An My husband & I were shopping for a new Toyota. We went to several dealers and found that Toyota of Wallingford had some pretty amazing employees... Angelo Capodiferro met with us several times. He was very patient with us and "heard" us when we told him what we were looking for in a car and the monthly payment range. When we were in the vehicles, he proceeded to tell us all about the safety features and had US TRY THEM ALL AS WELL. He was quite knowledgeable about his cars and all the electronics associated with the vehicles we test drove. His manager, Dave Blackert came out of his office and joined us at the table and reassured us as well. He took the time to research his inventory and bring another car out so that we could see the interior colors before we made our final decision.We were around the table for a bit past the closing time as we worked through our hurdles and made a final decision. I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years and so this was a major decision and Angelo helped us both reach a decision that we were comfortable and very happy with. We were looking for a car for my daughter and we wanted a reliable newer vehicle without the cost of a brand new vehicle. We got lucky and a car came in that day that met our needs. I can only recommend that you don't only rely on online shopping - you really need to visit dealerships. If I had only relied on checking online inventory I would not have seen and purchased this vehicle on the same day! More
