He did his best to get me the most comfortable monthly payment he could and I just upgraded to the new 2017 Rav4 Limited! Worked with Marc in Sales. He did his best to get me the most comfortable monthly payment he could and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. But I have to say the best part of the process for me was working with Sohail Butt in Finance. He was able to get the monthly payment down to a more comfortable rate for me and honestly I have never sat down with anyone in Finance and understood things so clearly. He took the time to explain every charge and fee, was very thorough, and I walked out of there with my new car and feeling confident that I understood all the numbers (which, this being my first lease, I was still trying to grasp the concept of where each dollar went).
