Better than most - 2nd time buyer Went their to get a new lease on 2nd Rav4 and also ended out buying a 2015 Corolla. But... when the signing came with the finance guy (forget name), the leased car was $4 over original quote. I know its JUST $4/mo but I'm a stickler when it comes to people sticking to their word(s), hence the 4 stars instead of 5. When I heard it was over the original price while signing papers, my wife gave me THE LOOK so I didn't bother objecting as she was stressed enough. I'm not sure if it was sales or finance's fault but I'm sure they could have worked their magic and made the original number happen. In any case, yes, I'd still recommend the dealership for a lot of other reasons, good car service, oil changes etc., but get your original quote in writing. More
