Wallingford Toyota has always been a pleasure to deal with. Mike Cote was our salesman and I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a car! He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the cars we were considering. He gave us a good price on our trade as well as the car we bought. Also, all of the fees were clearly spelled out in advance with no hidden charges whatsoever. Mike was also very accommodating with our appointment times for test drives and purchasing the car. He helped me to understand how extended warranties are properly cancelled and how prorated refunds should be received. Thank-you Dave, I got my refund in 2 days and not 4 months like the last time I traded in with someone else. I also got the correct dollar figure that was owed me. Jason in Finance had all the paperwork ready for me and I was in and out of the dealer in less that 40 minutes for the whole trade-in transaction. Kudos to you Wow Toyota of Wallingford! One more thing, their Sunday hours from 12 to 4 made it really convenient for me to actually make a deal. They were only 1 or 2 dealers with Sunday hours. More
