This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Toyota of Wallingford, the first was a new 2012 Rav 4 in which Frank Pagliuca was my sales man. I was so impressed with Frank's professionalism and integrity that when it came to purchase another vehicle I immediately went to Frank. As luck would have it Frank was promoted to a management position and introduced me to his protégé Cody Gill. Cody under the watchful eye of Frank provided me with outstanding customer service, at no time did I feel any pressure or anxiety during this purchasing experience. Cody was knowledgeable about the product line (Highlander) and provided me specific information on the vehicle along with answering all my questions. Frank must have taught him well as he (Cody) listened to all my questions and provided me with fact based answers which aided me in the decision process. Even after the sale was completed Cody took the time to contact me personally and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. My husband and I went into Toyota of Wallingford to purchase a brand new Camry. We had done our homework and knew what kind of deal we wanted. When we got with the sales person he was not very famili purchase a brand new Camry. We had done our homework and knew what kind of deal we wanted. When we got with the sales person he was not very familiar with the leasing deals that Toyota was promoting. When we were going over the pricing he came back with a deal that was approximately $100 more dollars a month than the advertised promotion. We told him about the online promotion and had to point it out on the sign that was posted in the lobby. We finally got a deal together and we purchased the automatic start to have put into the car. We told the sales person that we would like to see the vehicle before the starter was put in. He went ahead and installed the starter even though we asked him not to. Then on the night we went in to sign our paperwork we had to wait over an hour because nothing was in order. We were even told that the mats for the car were on order and that we could come in the next day to pick them up. We waited a couple of days to pick up the mats and when my Husband went to get them the sales person told him that they were not in. A finance representative came over to my Husband and told him to wait a minute, then came out with the mats. I am not 100% satisfied with this sales person. Lastly, we picked the car up after work so it was dark outside. The car had to be detailed. When I looked at the car the next morning it was dirty and the carpet had trash under the drivers seat in the back. There were also scratches on the door panels. More

Cody and Gloria were awesome. I felt like Gloria and I had known each other for years by the time we were done. I drove away in a brand new car. They accomplished the unthinkable with getting me out of my had known each other for years by the time we were done. I drove away in a brand new car.
