I can't tell you how relived I felt after we made our decision. Toyota of Wallingford made our shopping experience one of the best we have ever had. The exceptional customer service from all that assisted us made the experience all well worth it. The knowledge of information provided to use about this car confirmed our decision on buying the Toyota Prius. Just the piece of mind that Toyota stands by it's product providing 24 HR roadside assistance, lifetime oil changes and lifetime battery change. How can you beat that! After an accident which totaled our not-so-old van, we were in immediate need of a replacement vehicle. After discussing crossover vs. van we opted instead to look at small pick-ups. At the recommendation of friends from upstate New York, we chose to look at the Toyota Tacoma. We already knew of the reliability of Toyota products per friends and reports so chose to go to our local dealership, Toyota of Wallingford. We were immmediately taken care of by Steve Rincon who went over all features, price, delivery, etc. After going for a test drive we decided to purchase the truck we had driven. We were able to pick up the new truck within the week and return our rental in a timely manner. Steve instructed us on all the features of the truck and even connected our phones to the car via bluetooth! This is very exciting to have this feature which would have taken us some time to figure out. Steve was very friendly, professional, and a great salesman. Our truck is great, comfortable, and fun to drive. We will be happy to recommend Toyota of Wallingford as a dealership and Steve Rincon as a terrific salesman. More

Gloria was such a great help with informing me of all the fine print being this is my first time owning my own car with a payment i was sure i wasnt comfortable with, and walked me through this even as a friend. She was also very helpful with deciding my best option for payments that worked around my income as well as the best help with searching for the right car insurance that better benefitted me. I briefly met Sohail but from what I understand he made a strong argument in my favor to make sure I was taken care of at all costs. I would just like to thank these three employee's specifically because most car dealerships dont care about your story, they care about the money that your bringing to the table. She listened to what my daughter wanted and advised us on the best vehicle for her .A 2013 Toyota Corolla S . When we took delivery of the vehicle Celina was the poster child for customer service . She made sure my daughter had all her questions answered about the car . She also went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was pristine. She had the body shop person come out and remove all the little scratches from the vehicle . She also instructed my daughter on the important thing in a car for a 17 year old . Setting up the blue tooth for her phone and how the radio works .She also setup the first service appointment for my daughter for her 5k mile service . To finish Gloria Fernandez helped us with all our paper work ,and took her time and explained everything to us and answered our questions regarding our warranty our lease and payment plan. Today, I purchased my third car from this dealership in less than 2 years- by choice. Two of them were new (2011 Toyota Venza base and 2013 Toyota Venza XLE) and one was certified used (2010 Toyota Corolla less than 2 years- by choice. Two of them were new (2011 Toyota Venza base and 2013 Toyota Venza XLE) and one was certified used (2010 Toyota Corolla LE). My purchase today was my second sale with Dan Roberts in less than in 2 months. If I had a reason to buy another car, I would definitely work with him again. I was not the easiest customer to work with (I am extremely demanding) but Dan Roberts was very patient with me and he got me EXACTLY what I was looking for at a price that I was willing to pay. No games- just the way I like it! I will be a repeat customer at Toyota of Wallingford for sure. Hopefully, I will have an opportunity to do business with Dan Roberts again but in the meantime, I will refer my friends to him when they are looking for a new car. More

I was in the market for a vehicle to replace my 2005 subaru outback. I was looking at the Rav 4 and the new outback. When I went to wallingford toyota I was met by Celina Mason. She was very friendly and asked how she could help. After a conversation she showed me a new Rav 4 limited. She explained the features of the Rav 4 and then we did a test drive. I liked the vehicle but there was a lot of road noise from the tires. I told her I would be back with my wife, after a week and a half I got my wife to go in for a test drive. After the drive my wife did not like the road noise either. At that time Celina mentioned the Toyota Venza as a vehcle close to the outback. After a test drive we both liked the vehicle but the ride was stiff. The venza had alot of the features we were looking for and i would be the primary driver and could adjust to the ride. We some negotiations we left a down payment to hold the vehicle. After going home my wife and I talked it over and we went back the next day for another test drive. We then made our purchase. Everybody at Wallingford toyota were very friendly. This is our second purchase from Wallingford toyota, my wife has a Toyota Avalon. I would recommend them to my friends and family. More

From the moment I walked into the door and was matched with Celina, I knew this was going to be a great car shopping experience. Despite the time, Celina didn't rush me & took the time to help my husband & I find our next car.I looked around online (shout out to Ron Jackson!!Sorry didn't meet you in person) and knew that we wanted a Rav4. Since they are such great cars, we didn't hesitate to pick one out to put a down payment on it before it got taken by someone else.We exchanged needed info and returned the next day to proceed to the next step in the sale. Although I walked in with pre-approval from elsewhere, The dealership offer(s) were too great to pass up! My husband and I clicked well with Gloria. (She's so funny!!) in the Finance department; and were also introduced to Sohail (also very nice & friendly!). Everyone was just so on top of their game.We felt like we were among friends. :-) When the day comes that we can get a 2nd car, we'll be sure to come here.In fact, we came in & referenced out siblings (who also got vehicles here) & will continue to send future prospective car buyers their way!
