Stay away from this dealership as far as service is concerned (Toyota of Wallingford). I recently bought a certified Camry from this dealership. The sales team were great. Gloria Fernandez, who is inch concerned (Toyota of Wallingford). I recently bought a certified Camry from this dealership. The sales team were great. Gloria Fernandez, who is incharge for finance is polite but will gloss over extremely important extended warranty detail as if you were buying a snickers and it is not relevant. She does a great job of doing it. My initial review here was not positive but I received a barrage of phone calls and e-mails until I finally changed it. There is a sound from the odometer that starts as the car starts moving and it is not consistent. It is usually the case when it is cold. Since the weather is warmed up it is unpredictable when it will start making sound. I took it to service department and the second sentence out of Casey Munroe's mouth was " I can't throw parts at the car". It was his smugness that was utterly disturbing. This person should not be dealing with customers. Well, I guess it was fine for me to throw 23k at the dealership but they can't throw a part worth 200 to fix a problem. Stay away from them because after dealing with sales team, everything is down hill. I realize that More

I wanted to buy a new car I had gone to another dealership and was treated horribly like they were doing me some kind of favor by trying to put a deal together for me and was unwilling to work with dealership and was treated horribly like they were doing me some kind of favor by trying to put a deal together for me and was unwilling to work with me in order to make the deal happen and they didnt even have the car i wanted and i would have to wait a month to get the car. When I expressed that i was displeased with how I was being treated i was pretty much told i could take my business somewhere else. That same night I went to the Toyota dealership in Wallingford and bought a 2012 XB that night. The sales team was great and was willing to work with me and do everything they could to put together a deal I would be pleased with. I turely felt like they wanted my business and would do what ever it took to get my business and did it with a simle and pulled no punches. I felt confident that I got the best deal. I am having my wife and my mother go to the dealership tomorrow because i know the will be treated with well and the sales team there will do everything to get the best deal for them and make them feel like their business is inportant to them. I was looking for a used Highlander and while there were some dealers in the area i live in(Westport), they did not have a good reputation. I had my eye on Toyota of Wallingford for about 6 months waiting f some dealers in the area i live in(Westport), they did not have a good reputation. When it did I called them and went on a Saturday to look at the car, however it was out being detailed and prepared to be sold, I saw one on the lot similar to the one I was looking at. I was approached by Bill Dichello and I asked him to let me look at it and drive it, I liked the car and the experience was excellent, the dealer was extremely busy but due to Bill, Frank M and Gloria, I was able to drive away the same day with my new Highlander. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. More

I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking for a used truck. I found one I really like the salesmen Mike Bush was very helpful and not your typical annoying pushy car salesman. I was unsure about the interest rate at the time, she told me she guaranteed it would be a number if I signed I was skeptical. I thought here we go another low life car dealer ship, but everything they said was the truth. It turned out to be very good experience purchasing my first truck and everyone was very help and honest. If anyone questions this staff’s honesty and integrity take a half mile ride down to Barbarian Nissan. You will run back to Toyota of Wallingford real fast. Toyota was my second stop and everyone was helpful an honest and I am very happy with my purchase. More
