The "5" rating was based on my experience with the dealership in helping me resolve an insurance issue which came up during the plate transfer. The problem was the insurance carrier's fault which prevented a simple registration transfer from my old vehicle. To resolve this isssue would have required additional insurance documentation and a long wait in line at the CT DMV office the following week. Seeing my fustration, the Sales Manager made the decison to issue me new plates with the dealership picking up the additional costs of the new plates. I left a very happy customer and would clearly recommend Toyota of Wallingford and excellent customer service. More
