We had been looking for a new car for months and were not satified with either the price or the customer service at other dealeships . One sunday after one of our many disapointing searches, we came across satified with either the price or the customer service at other dealeships . One sunday after one of our many disapointing searches, we came across this dealership and went in expecting to be disapointed yet again. Thankfully we came across Leo who made us feel welcome from the start and who listen to exacly what we wanted and found us the car of our dream. He was like the answer to our prayers! We were suprised at just how hard he worked at getting us exacly what we had asked for even when other places made it seem like it was vitually impossible to get what we wanted. we are greatful to have found someone who had the patience and knowledge to answer all our questions and clear any doubts we had . Then we met Gloria who was wonderful from the start her warm and outspoken personality and made us feel at home and confident about our purchase she was very detailed in every aspect of our loan process and made it very easy to understand our options i could not have asked for a better team. When I walk through the door Leo greeted me right away when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit was bad he treated it like it was great. After Leo did his part he took me to meet with Sohail who worked my finance part they were looking for me to put down $1500 I told him I have no money and I was not going to borrow from anyone then he called the bank due to the car having over 62,000 miles the most years I could get for a loan is 48months I told him I can't pay $388/mo and I thanked him for everything he did to try to help me but it didn't stop there they were determined to help me get a car then Gloria called me and explained the lowest payment she can give me is $339/mo and I would have to pay biweekly and she also explained on how to rebuild my credit I was grateful for what the all did. Jeff worked so that a loan could be established. I was very happy because with my bad credit I was able to get a loan in my name without a co-signer now I can rebuild my credit thanks to these four individuals. Thank You, Terra More

I have purchased two cars from Toyota of Wallingford, and have had them serviced there since first dealing with them six years. I can even get my daughter to willingly take the car(s) in for their maintenance appointments, as long as they're on "manicure Monday mornings" -- yep, free manicures while you wait! We took it for a test drive, as i was already familiar with toyotas but he enlightened me on some of the features. Payment was my main concern and the prices were reasonable for a great car in the condition. He was friendly willing to work with any concerns i had. Paul helped us with all the paperwork. He made everything clear and strait forward. Sohail worked very hard on what i had been concerned with which was the payments. So thank you! It was my first BIG purchase, but honestly working in the area i should have considered coming sooner to search for a car. I had some type of black holes hanging from my car on the right hand side under th tire. I was driving down Colony Rd in Wallingford, CT when I seen a toyota dealer ship and said to myself,let me see if the right hand side under th tire. Bob and Irvin was GREAT,I could not tell them what was hanging nor could I tell them what I hit, I don't remember hitting anything, well Bob being the GREAT (funny) guy that he is , say to make me feel better that's what happend here at toyota parts just fall down on your car (I LOVE HIM) he also said if my husband come by , he would not tell my husband he seen me (SMILE).Anyway to make a long story short, Bob and Irvin are GREAT and as long as you have the two of them working for you , you will always have WONDERFULL RATERING . I go to the dealership in New Haven/Woodbridgewhich which they are wonderful too, but it good to know I can get the same services right here by my job in Wallingford. Katey is an absolute benefit and pleasure for Toyota of Wallingford. She is supremely friendly, understanding and accomidating. I witnessed her talk a customer "off the ledge" for a recall on her vehicle! Wallingford. She is supremely friendly, understanding and accomidating. Katey talked with her and before that woman left she was apologizing to Katey! Katey humbley said, " that's ok, no problem, I understand your frustration" and still when someone like myself shows up...( that is not unruly and understands we all have a job to do and sometimes your job is not that fun). She immediately switches gears and has a smile and a clever response for my less than hilarious ice breaking antidote. In today's economy, employees...better yet....people like Katey should be applauded and rewarded for her dedication! More
