I have been happily married for 14 years and I am the proud father of 5 children; a minivan or school bus was my only option. That said, this is our second Toyota Sienna out of the Wallingford dealership and third overall. There are several reasons why I (we) came back to Wallingford. First of all, I remember having a very pleasant experience herethree years ago. Secondly, Sam (Internet Sales) called my wife and I several times as our lease was coming to a close. Being in sales myself, I appreciated her tenacity and at the same time respected her very tactful approach at trying to start a dialogue towards a new lease/purchase. Lastly, living roughly 50 minutes from Wallingford, I was actually trying to find a closer dealership to my home. I was able to locate one immediately (obviously) and decided to drop by. Without exaggeration, I left as quickly as I pulled into the drive. Perception and image is everything in sales...I was not impressed. I came back to Wallingford not knowing anyone and unsure if the drive would be worth it; it was. In my many years of leasing/purchasing vehicles, I have Never had a more pleasant experience than with Dan, Stu, and Gloria (to include my original lease). Warm, professional, courteous, fair, knowledgeable, hard working - these are just a few of the descriptives I would use. All three of them took a real interest in my family and our needs. There was no 'sales pitch', there was no 'fake or false'' talk, and there was ZERO pressure. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked into Toyota Wallingford to the moment I left. It is a real gift in the sales profession if one can make another individual feel comfortable - especially in auto sales. These are solid individuals and the owner of this dealership should feel proud to have them here. My family and I will gladly drive the 50 minutes to have our new Sienna serviced and have an opportunity to say hello to our new friends. There is a reason why this dealership is number one in the state of CT. In my view, it has everything to do with Sam, Dan, Stu, and Gloria. Thank you. More

We did all our homework ahead of time & found a Tacoma w/all desired features on lot. Greeted by Bill D. who was friendly & helpful throughout process. He was willing to deal & offered a fair tra Tacoma w/all desired features on lot. Greeted by Bill D. who was friendly & helpful throughout process. He was willing to deal & offered a fair trade in value for our Pilot. Added a bed cover & detailing into final deal. Bill did not use any high pressure tactics at any time & treated us professionally throughout the entire process because he knew we were informed customers. Gloria F. was very friendly & a fun person to deal with in the business office. She offered us an extended warranty but was not a hard sell on it when we declined. Other dealerships we have dealt with have tried all kinds of pressure tactics when it came to extended warranties. Not the case here. Bill D. set up our first service visit when we picked up the truck. Lifetime oil changes at this dealership is a nice feature not offered at other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. Overall impression of the dealership is extremely positive. This is not the closest Toyota dealership to our home but it is well worth the few extra miles I think. More
