We were referred to this dealership and told to ask for Mike Cote. When we called Mike he was out but quickly returned our call (It was Mikes day off but he made sure someone was there for us). Justin welcomed us in, asked us a few questions, and before you knew it we were trying out our MATRIX. The comfort level was amazing. Justin made us feel like we were part of his family. After trying the car we were almost ready to by it but wanted to think it over, and try it again in the daylight. The price was a little more than what we thought but Justin worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. The next day we showed up later than planned, and dispite the fact that Justin was helping another customer, he and Mike worked together to seal the deal. WHAT A TEAM! WHAT A DEALERSHIP. THANKS ALL! When I went to purchase my 2005 RAV4 in November 2005 I explained how important it was to have AWD. I was told that FWD with traction control and vehicle stability control would work just as well as AWD. W explained how important it was to have AWD. I was told that FWD with traction control and vehicle stability control would work just as well as AWD. We had a snowstorm within a week and the vehicle didn't handle as well as AWD which I explained that I wanted to feel safe when driving because I drove a lot at the time. I went back in to talk to the salesperson and he avoided me. I was told by the manager there was nothing they could do because it was a lease. I believe because Toyota of Wallingford donates money they got out of this even though I reported them to Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and this has led me to not want to get a brand new car from a dealer ever again. Thank you Toyota of Wallingford for being businesslike and professional!!!
